- Your vehicle must be in PARK before starting any routine
- Never use this app while driving or with the vehicle in motion
- For out-of-car routines, ensure you are parked in a safe, open area away from traffic
- Be aware of your surroundings before stepping out of the vehicle
- If you are on a road shoulder or unsafe location, stay in the car
🏃 Know Your Body, Know Your Limits
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort
- Consult a doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine
- These exercises are low-intensity but still carry risk — listen to your body
- If you are recovering from an injury or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first
- Wear appropriate footwear for out-of-car exercises
☀️ Environmental Awareness
- Avoid intense activity in extreme heat — risk of heat exhaustion is real
- Stay hydrated — keep water in your vehicle
- In cold weather, warm up slower and avoid icy surfaces for out-of-car exercises
- If exercising near traffic, make yourself visible and stay alert
- Do not block roadways, driveways, or emergency access when parked
